How to Fight - Basics of fighting (for beginners)

The videos mentioned below are for Beginners to help them understand basic techniques more efficiently.

As a Fighter, what's the most important thing you need?
1.Conditioned, well built body? No.
2.Powered punches and kicks? No.
3.Pounds of weight? No.
4.Modern,branded goods? No.
5,6,7.... whatever you say.... that's not the thing!
Its' the stuff in the basement.....The HEART.

You don't get it from..watching videos and stuff.!
you'll have to earn it by yourself.
and experience,dedication,sincerity,practice will give you the heart of a fighter.

1.Punches:

Every good fighter would how important they are to you.,well in the case of boxing all you have to do is punch...punch...punch till you hear the bell.!

Once you learn to punch, its time to get serious.Punching ain't just Left and Right or 1-2. You have to learn various combinations,types of punches.Combinations are not like some set of rules,combinations are what you invent.But for starters, you do got to know the common combinations.

Once you get your hand work what you have to focus is Speed and Power.
My choice is, Select a category of your choice and master it.

2. Kicks :

Kicks can reach what your punch cannot reach.
These are more powerful,effective and has a wider range than Punches.
Professional fighters spend hours kicking heavy objects everyday, so as to condition their legs.

3.Stances :

The most important thing about stance is,
your body mass must be equally applied to earth.. or in my words,
A fighter must always be connected to the earth.
